Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps, perform planogram resets, troubleshoot issues, and support our in-store prescription drug collection program. This is a full-time role with benefits; hours vary by business needs and may exceed 40 hours in peak weeks.

You will travel up to 120 miles, occasionally overnight, with paid drive time and mileage, and you will lead project teams on multi-rep jobs while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, wiring, and cabling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair display issues.
• Proficiency with mobile tools and GPS to upload photos and schedule visits.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with proper cabling and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to keep installations functional.
• Lead multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles as needed.
• Meet maintenance targets (48–72 hours) and complete admin tasks.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
