Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays and fixtures, perform planogram resets, and support our in-store prescription drug collection program. You will be a full-time employee with benefits; hours vary by business needs, with potential for 40+ hours some weeks.

Responsibilities include building displays, troubleshooting to ensure full functionality, and leading teams on multi-rep projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing display issues such as lighting, failed components, or connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, cabling, and monitors.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep displays functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance timelines (48–72 hours store service).
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Work 32 hours per week minimum with potential 40–50+ hours; standard schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 AM, with some weekends.
