Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays and fixtures. You will handle planogram resets, troubleshoot issues, and support our in-store prescription drug collection program.

You’ll be a full-time employee with benefits; hours vary by business needs, with travel and overnight opportunities as required. Expect 32–50 hours per week, Monday–Friday, starting 8:00 a.m., with some weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing and monitor cabling.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with cabling and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to stay fully functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements and service stores within 48–72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Work 32–40+ hours weekly with a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Report store visit status and complete scheduling reports within 24 hours.
• Maintain pricing signage and POP updates, build in-store relationships.
• Participate in weekly conference calls and other management tasks.
