Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain displays, fixtures, and endcaps across stores, perform planogram resets, and troubleshoot display issues. This role involves occasional travel up to 120 miles and a minimum of 32 hours per week.

You will be supported by a dedicated Field Manager, receive paid training, and have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep displays fully functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements including store service within 48-72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage per policy.
• Occasionally travel overnight.
• Minimum 32 hours per week with potential to 40-50+ hours; standard schedule Mon-Fri 8:00am start.
• Complete administrative tasks including scheduling reports and data entry.
