Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology

Location: Market – SS – LA – New Orleans. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Schedule: Monday–Friday, with no weekend duties unless required. Minimum 20 fieldwork hours in a rolling 30‑day period.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to field‑services management within 24hours and keep availability updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; execute build‑outs, resets, and repairs.
• Complete necessary forms, surveys, images, and documentation before leaving the job site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed to contribute to team success.
• Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and attend training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48hours of receipt.
• Execute all directives fully and completely, collaborating with shared‑services teams to improve operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds shared‑service field KPIs.

Qualifications

• Age / Eligibility: Must be 18years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability: Flexible Monday‑Friday, with possible early‑morning, late‑night, weekend, and holiday work. Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours in a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical Abilities: Climb ladder up to 10ft; lift/carry up to 60lb; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability: Adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
• Communication: Effective phone, text, and e‑mail communication; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo capture, uploading, and app navigation; respond within 24h.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Retail/merchandising experience beneficial.
• Experience: Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.
• Technology: Own Android or Apple mobile device for photo/data upload; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Training: Complete all training assignments within designated time frames; work collaboratively and autonomously.
• Transportation & Travel: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; ready to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership, professional communication, strong presentation skills; sound decision‑making and problem‑solving; excellent time‑management and reporting.
