Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Design Manager who will lead design execution across a high-volume, multi-site retail program. This client-facing role ensures standards governance, code-conscious design solutions, and consistent quality through hands-on direction and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will coordinate workloads, review drawings for compliance with IBC/ADA, and drive process improvements. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, with Bluebeam and the Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of professional design experience on multi-site programs.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills; familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Experience with design standards, templates, and documentation processes.
• Knowledge of IBC, ADA, and space planning compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design program execution for a high-volume, multi-site retail program.
• Govern design standards, prototype guidelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate requirements across locations to align scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Provide hands-on design direction, quality control, and workflow improvements.
• Review drawings, test fits, and space plans for accuracy and code compliance.
• Support use of Revit, Bluebeam, and other design tools.
