Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Design Manager to lead design execution and standards governance across a high-volume, multi-site retail program. You will translate business needs into scalable, code-conscious design solutions and guide internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include technical direction, quality control, workload coordination, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional design experience on multi-site programs.
• Experience coordinating design priorities and timelines.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills; familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Office, Adobe.
• Experience with IBC/ADA and design compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution and standards governance across a multi-site retail program.
• Provide technical direction, quality control, and workload coordination.
• Improve processes, templates, and documented best practices.
• Review drawings, space plans, and Revit models for compliance.
