Job summary

You’ll train Associates, organize backroom flow, and support safety and policy adherence—driving store performance. Requirements include 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Engages with customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the floor.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
