Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized and efficient.
• Provide excellent customer experience and engage with customers.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and ensure timely processing of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
