Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience through service and engagement.
• Organize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise is correct.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas.
• Communicate priorities and progress to management.
• Support store safety, policies, and loss-prevention goals.
• Assist with tasks as assigned by leadership.
