Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures Associates process efficiently and effectively and work as a team.
• Delivers excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary.
• Maintains back stock organization for replenishment.
• Upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Adheres to safety, recycling, and hazardous waste programs.
