Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Memphis location. You will oversee merchandising, staffing, and safety programs while upholding company standards.

Formación

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Proven ability to increase market share.
• Strong customer service under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales budgets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain store presentation standards and safety procedures.
• Support Chief Executive Merchant and operate as needed.
• Schedule coverage and supervise associates; manage workloads and performance.
• Analyze reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize pricing/inventory.
