Ross Stores is seeking a Store/Assistant Store Manager to oversee the operation in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn all phases of store operations and lead in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure company standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, analyzing store performance, handling scheduling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service.

Competenze

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, give direction, and follow through to completion.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
