You will supervise team members, coach associates, and lead training while working to meet department and store sales goals. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with Cavender’s standards.

You’ll promote a safe environment, control expenses, and contribute to overall store success by leading with customer service excellence and product knowledge.

• Proven ability to sell product and manage a retail department.

Responsabilités

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Under the guidance of Store Management, supervise team members.
• Lead training of store associates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty, open/close the store, and address customer issues.
• Monitor department performance and help meet sales, payroll, and experience goals.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe store environment per policies.
