• Act as Manager on Duty: supervise staff, open/close, address customer needs, handle returns.
• Increase sales, maintain profit, and reduce controllable expenses using key metrics.
• Lead safety and security processes and report incidents to leadership promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a clean, well-organized store.
• Manage payroll and timekeeping through scheduling and timecard accuracy.
