Qualifications

• Familiarity with retail concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to provide oversight to location and employees.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to make fast and accurate decisions in daily operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and staff.
• Ability to set objectives, break down tasks, and measure performance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple issues and tasks.
• Demonstrates high ethical practices and integrity.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Travel to bank on a regular schedule; driver’s license and insurance preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; internet operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and manage store displays and end caps for an appealing sales floor.
• Act as manager on duty; handle calls, supervise coverage, and open/close store.
• Oversee donation, warehouse, and inventory flow; maintain safety and security practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and team communication to improve store performance.
• Lead by example to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
