Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Department Coordinator for our Spokane Valley location. This role regularly alternates between Coordinator duties and acting as Key Carrier, providing leadership in store operations and customer service excellence.

You must have open availability including nights and weekends, with strong teamwork, coaching, and adherence to policies. Prior retail and leadership experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
