You will lead by example, train Associates, ensure merchandise is properly tagged and stocked, and collaborate with management to maintain store efficiency and safety. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required; prior retail and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently as a team.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and keep store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, coded and stocked on sales floor.
• Promote safety and labor compliance.
