Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations including scanning outs, inventory, and price changes.
• Maintain planogram compliance and appealing displays per guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and replenish from stockrooms.
• Coordinate price changes and update pricing labels as required.
• Implement playbook features and maintain planograms to maximize sales.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Assist with front-end tasks including transactions as needed.
• Operate standard retail equipment and handheld devices; participate in cross-training.
