Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in the assigned department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain consistent department and signing standards.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee the recovery process for a neat, organized department appearance.
• Coordinate and execute accurate price changes with relevant teams.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in the department.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and address inquiries to foster loyalty.
• Support front-end tasks such as transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate retail equipment including handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders.
