Job summary

E&H Ace Hardware is seeking a Department Lead to take charge of a specific product category, drive sales, and maintain department organization. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and support day-to-day operations on the sales floor in Westlake, OH.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, presentation, and inventory of assigned department.
• Deliver excellent service to every customer and promote the Ace Rewards program.
• Answer questions, locate merchandise, and assist with orders.
• Maintain signage, inventory, and department cleanliness.
• Open/close the store as needed and serve as a trusted keyholder.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store leadership.
• Flex schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
