Job summary

The TJ Maxx Store in Rochester, MN is seeking a capable Associate to join our team. You will create a positive customer experience, train peers, and help manage front-end operations with a focus on loyalty programs and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• At least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organization required.
• Ability to train others and coach peers.
• Merchandising knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Maintain honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Support POS coverage, assign breaks for Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management.

• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
