Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience.
• Technically proficient with computer systems and related software.
• Gathers and analyzes data and maintains records.
• Takes initiative and demonstrates responsibility.
• Interacts with staff at all levels.
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise as directed.
• Execute daily operations and priorities set by store management.
• Remove promotional bin tags from displays and price tags as required.
• Restock merchandise displays and monitor end caps and side wings.
• Handle special orders for non-stock items.
• Respond to radio requests and assist customers with service.
• Watch for shoplifters and act per Elders policy to deter theft.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.
