Responsibilities

• Respond to radio requests and assist customers with service.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.

# Department HeadSC - Anderson Pruitt H81 - Anderson, SC 29621## Description* Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise (as arranged by management).* Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals/priorities assigned by store manager move with your “Ace Pace”.* Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required.* Restock merchandise displays as needed, watch end caps and side wings.* Handle special orders for all non-stock items.* Never tell a customer no without checking with a manager.* Watch for shoplifters and act, in line with Elder’s policy, that will discourage shoplifting.* Excellent customer service and interaction prevents shoplifting.* Respond to radio requests.* Other duties as assigned.## Qualifications* High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.* Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience.* Technically proficient in computer systems including related software.* Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records.* Take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute thoroughly.* Interact with staff at all levels of the organization.* Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred.* Possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company’s insurance carrier’s standards.
