Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of retail experience.
• Technically proficient in computer systems and related software.
• Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records.
• Take initiative and execute tasks thoroughly.
• Bilingual Spanish verbal and written communication strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise as arranged by management.
• Execute daily operational goals set by store manager.
• Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags as required.
• Restock merchandise displays and monitor end caps and side wings.
• Handle special orders for non-stock items.
• Engage customers and escalate to management as needed.
• Watch for shoplifters and act according to Elder’s policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to radio requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
