Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an energetic merchandiser to help shape the future of in-store data collection and customer experience. You will use a smartphone or tablet to capture essential data in grocery stores nationwide, supporting our clients with accurate, timely information.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of merchandising experience, demonstrate leadership, and deliver strong customer service while working independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Ability to perform duties with a safety-first mindset in retail.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs. Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
