Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring a data capture associate to support grocery stores nationwide using smartphone technology to collect and store client data. You will contribute to our mission of connecting shoppers with products and experiences that enrich their lives.

You are 18+, physically able to lift up to 10 lbs, with 1-2 years merchandising experience and strong customer service. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Move, bend, stand and lift up to 10 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data capture for clients using smartphone technology.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
