Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring to support grocery stores nationwide. You will engage customers, help with product displays, and use your smartphone to record shifts and tasks to improve store performance.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, along with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage. You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 10 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
