The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a frontline team member to help shape the future of shopping by leveraging smartphone technology to capture and store data for our clients.

You will engage customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner, perform merchandising tasks, and participate in training and growth opportunities. 18+ years old with reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 10 lbs. No experience required as we provide training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Record work after each shift using smartphone or tablet.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
