Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking individuals to support grocery store operations nationwide, collecting and recording essential data for clients using smartphone devices. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with merchandising experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. You will interact with customers and management, work independently, and enjoy opportunities for growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
