Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Wisconsin (Kenosha) is hiring a store support associate to assist customers, stock merchandise, and help with merchandising tasks across our grocery partners. You will record daily activities using a smartphone or tablet, deliver friendly service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Record daily shift activities using a smartphone/tablet.
• Engage in merchandising tasks and store upkeep.
• Move, bend, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs as needed.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
