The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring to support grocery store operations across the United States. You will engage customers and management with a friendly, energetic approach, handle merchandising tasks, and use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; growth opportunities exist and benefits can be tailored to family needs. You may be asked for flexible hours and additional shifts.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience is preferred.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results, works well in a team.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
