Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, Texas seeks a Management Associate to analyze business conditions, develop policies, and provide data-driven insights. You will work with stores, vendors, and HQ staff, under supervision, to support marketing, purchasing, and sales programs.

This role requires strong data analysis, reporting, and the ability to interpret written materials; preferred degree in business with experience in analysis.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in analysis, evaluations or other substantial determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs and interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.
• Or Bachelor's degree and two years of experience with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.
• Specific experience or skills may be required by the hiring manager depending on area where position is assigned.
• MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS is required

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business conditions and assists in the development of business policies.
• Performs analysis of data, graphs, reports and charts.
• Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
