Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to develop a deep understanding of their assigned program. Under close supervision, you will extract data, analyze results, and share insights with stores, vendors, and HQ staff.

This role sits onsite at HQ in Dallas and reports to a supervising manager. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with up to one year of relevant experience or three years of analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in making analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected organizing/coordinating work, or Bachelor's degree and one year of such experience.
• Proven ability to extract data and provide analysis for multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with QA processes and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Cooperates and coordinates with other departments and contractors in the preparation of the analysis, research, design, development, conversion and implementation of programs, projects and/or systems.
• Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Supervises assigned associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
