Qualifications

• Strong analytical and technical skills for trading operations and post-trade processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with trading systems, market structure, and post-trade clearing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trading activities to ensure accurate order execution.
• Investigate and resolve trade issues with internal teams and broker-dealers.
• Assist customers with certification testing of order entry protocols.
• Provide user training on systems and new functionality; respond to user queries.
• Communicate client requirements to operational teams and subcontractors.
• Identify potential process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
