Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Director - Data & AI Retail to drive Data & AI initiatives across flagship retail accounts in the United States. You will work with sales, solutions, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, conceptualize data & AI solutions, and execute plans for clients.

This role targets the C-suite and key decision-makers, demanding deep retail industry experience and expertise in data, AI, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level/business analytics, CS, statistics or related fields.
• Graduate degree in data science or analytics preferred.
• CSCP certification is a plus.
• Experience with scale Data & AI solutions for retail is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Data & AI deals for flagship Retail accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery to design data & AI solutions.
• Manage client relationships and pursue data-enabled opportunities.
• Provide domain expertise in Data & AI across retail value chain.
• Lead solutioning, pricing, and proposals with sales teams.
• Stay current on AI trends including GenAI and agentic AI.
