Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Customer Experience Leader to drive the highest level of customer service on the sales floor. The role focuses on engaging customers, coaching cashiers, and maintaining clean, organized store environments while upholding loss-prevention practices.

Responsibilities include training cashiers, assisting customers with questions, processing transactions when needed, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience aligned with Goodwill’s mission.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers; ability to work as a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and understand their needs.
• Inspire customers to buy and create a positive impression of the store and Goodwill.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to questions professionally.
• Provide cashier training and monitor cashier performance in the absence of a manager.
• Assist in maintaining orderly sales floor, textiles, and restrooms.
• Handle refunds and voids as needed when managers are unavailable.
• Maintain loss prevention and inventory control procedures and comply with safety rules.
• Occasionally operate the cash register for customer service needs.
