Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly Store Associate at the Roosevelt Field location in NY.

You will help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth checkout experience with accurate cash handling. Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, stocking and maintaining store presentation, and upholding SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
