Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks like walking, standing, bending, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
