Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in Florida to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep shelves stocked while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, trash, and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
