Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stay on feet; frequent walking, standing, and bending
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned
