Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. Duties include assisting customers, processing sales, maintaining cash security, stocking, unloading trucks, and keeping the store clean and presentable. You will interact with customers, associates, and leaders professionally.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and prior retail or service experience. Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks is required.

• Manage sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and support stocking and replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
