Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and help with stock and store upkeep to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in retail or related fields. This role may involve lifting, standing, and regular interaction with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
