Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Counter Associate to connect with customers on the sales floor, answer questions, process purchases, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You'll greet customers, assist with inquiries, and help direct them to the right service area.

This on-site role requires day, evening, and weekend availability. You will handle charge accounts, prepare orders for shipment, balance cash, maintain a tidy department, and contribute to a team that values growth

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers warmly, being friendly, and thanking every guest.
• Answer multi-line calls and direct customers to the right area.
• Provide charge account services: open accounts, accept payments, answer questions.
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases and online orders for shipment.
• Calculate cash at the counter and prepare bank deposits.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Available to work on-site day, evening, and weekends.
