Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills; proficiency with PDI Enterprise POS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn tasks quickly and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills.
• English communication (verbal and written).
• Open availability to work all shifts across stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers according to company standards.
• Handle sales transactions accurately at the register and fuel console.
• Enter all transactions into the register and account for funds.
• Operate POS and manage payments and promotions.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a tidy store environment.
• Stock shelves and ensure product freshness; assist with restocking as needed.
• Maintain uniform and name tag; present professional appearance.
• Assist with food preparation and backroom organization as directed by Store Manager.
• Conduct regular cleaning and ensure equipment is sanitized and in working order.
