Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn simple tasks quickly and work with little supervision.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS (cash register and fuel console) and handle money accurately.
• Perform cash register, credit card transactions, coupons, vendor check-in, alcohol, tobacco and lottery sales, and fast food sales.
• Check identification for alcohol, tobacco and lottery products.
• Be involved in sales promotions and customer service; meet sales goals.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance and wear the uniform and name tag.
• Prepare hot food items and maintain condiment bar as directed by Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness, restrooms, and upkeep of equipment and surfaces.
• Restock merchandise and monitor shelf availability.
