Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience in Greenville, SC. You will help customers, handle transactions, and assist with stocking and store presentation.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time with emphasis on customer care, teamwork, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail/hospitality preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
