Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time, on-site position at our Jacksonville store.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
