Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and friendly interactions with customers and team members. This is a part-time, on-site position at 311 N. Main Street, Kenansville, NC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is valued.
• Ability to read and follow operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Support receiving, unloading trucks, and stock replenishment.
