Responsibilities

• Assist customers with large items and answer questions.
• Greet customers and verify receipts at exit.

SUMMARY

We are currently hiring cashiers and customer service representatives starting at $15 an hour! Successful applicants will have some previous Retail/cash drawer experience and be comfortable talking with customers. Our store is open 7 days/week and the work shift will vary. A successful applicant must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including evenings, Fridays, and at least 1 weekend day: Saturday or Sunday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

for Customer Service Representatives include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when a return specialist is not available.
• Ensures retail location is clear of missing parts.
• Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise.
• Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales.
• Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.
• Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box.
• Assists customers in carrying larger items to their vehicle.
• Answers customer's questions and offers assistance or direction.
• Greets customers when they enter the store and checks packages and receipts when exiting the store.
• Understands, applies, and follows performance standards as written.
• Contributes to a positive workplace environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to three years’ recent experience as a cashier or in customer service or equivalent cash management experience.
